The Story Behind Lowenna

I created Lowenna because I love what I do. Getting to know people, understanding what matters to them and helping them feel more confident about their future is what makes my work so rewarding. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their hopes and knowing they have someone alongside them as life changes.

The name Lowenna is derived from the Cornish word “Lowen”, meaning joy and happiness. That felt right for what I hope to bring to my clients through financial planning: peace of mind and the freedom to enjoy the people, experiences and moments that matter most.

Cornwall has been home to me and my family for over 20 years, so it was important that Lowenna reflected that connection. The “Nearly There Trees”, painted by my talented sister, celebrate Cornwall and that familiar feeling of coming home. To me, they represent family, belonging and the journey towards where you want to be.

The butterfly is a subtle tribute to my dad, who loved butterflies and continues to inspire me every day. It represents growth, change and possibility, values that sit at the heart of my approach to financial planning.
